A little insight into WHY I am who I am as a Realtor:
There are lots of real estate agents out there, right? Some are great, some are good, some are probably really bad. Each agent has their strengths (and weaknesses!)
ONE of my strengths as an agent is helping sellers navigate where and how to spend their time, energy , and money to get the most value out of the sale of their home.
I recognize that there is the IDEAL scenario for selling each property, and then there is the REALISTIC scenario. Each situation is different. No two people/families are alike, no two houses are alike, not two bank accounts are alike, no two schedules are exactly alike.
When helping sellers figure out what to update, how to clear clutter, and what is necessary for staging for the best professional listing photos, I work with each one to determine what they can REALISTICALLY accomplish in the given amount of time (and brain space!)
Here's why I can be so in tune- I have a hot mess house and life, too 😆. I keep myself in check for my clients by continually accessing where I'm at in my household. I ask myself "What would need to be done if I decided we were selling our house in a month, or two?" The list starts materializing before my eyes, reality sets in, and I feel the same sense of overwhelm as every other seller out there!!
